During his classes Roman incorporates most of the principles of yoga, focusing on a topic related to physical health ex : shoulder & neck pain, lower back pain, hip flexibility, concentration, strengthening the body....

Each class begins with a short meditation/relaxation to come to the present moment, followed by a warm-up (joint movements, self massage, sun salutations), then a combination of exercise postures and breathing specific to the topic to end with relaxation and meditation.
