Yoga has been practice for over 5000 years. Yoga comes from Yog meaning to join coming from the understanding that each of our lives are part of one big mouvement. Therefore we have the power of responsibility to bring the best of us.

By offering various technique to purify and master our body emotion though it is possible to transform our life.

It is about relearning simple things like food, sleep, activity/rest balance, behaviours to ourself and others, keeping a strong and flexible body, learning how to master our breath, our thoughts.

Since we are all different and have different blockage to work on, through the years many style and school have develop.

Due to the increase of sitting jobs and bad nutritious habits recently the physical yoga have had great success.

We can also observe that over comfort and consumerism have not manage to increase overall happiness therefor people get call by spiritual aspect of yoga.

Roman Style

Roman has travel and practice many different style of yoga, he focus his studies on traditional Indian yoga as well as studying anise text Patanjali Sutra, Hate pratipika Gershamhita... origin of all modern types of yoga..

During his classes Roman try to included most of the principal of yoga focussing on one topic, connected to physical health ex : shoulders & neck pain, lower back pain, hips flexibility, concentration, strengthening of the body....

Each class begins with a small Meditation/Relaxation to come to the present moment, follow by warm up ( Join movements, Self massage, Sun salutation ) them a a combination exercise position and breathing specific to the topic to finish by relaxation and meditation.

During his class he likes to explain the eacc exercise and keeps the awareness of his students on what they're are doing for optimum result.

Coming to a class is great step but the real practice when one learn what is good for him and apply it in his every day life

Roman began studying Thai massage in Thailand. In his passion for this therapy, he goes even further by studying the deeper aspects of the practice and its therapeutic application with renowned teachers from around the world.

His life path led him to practice yoga, and more recently magnetism and energy healing. In his journey he was initiated and certified by great teachers from all over the world.
